The investigation concerns aspects of the mutual fund companies’ fee calculation for certain funds. Mutual fund companies owe a fiduciary duty to their respective investors to accurately disclose and calculate all fees they charge.

Individuals who purchased any of the  mutual funds listed below within the past three (3) years may be eligible to participate. For the purpose of the case investigation, purchases of mutual fund shares do NOT include “re-investment” of dividends. Only actual purchases of new mutual fund shares are being examined.
