Proven Track Record for Thousands of Clients | Pay Nothing Unless You Win
HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I GET?
Each case is different. The amount of compensation paid to clients depends on many factors, including the type of case you're involved in, the violations committed by the defendant, the financial loss incurred, the difficulty establishing liability and the terms of a settlement or verdict. Additionally, the court may award those who qualify as Class Representatives a Case Contribution Award, often between $5,000 and $15,000. This award is in addition to any other compensation one would be entitled to as a class member.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY MONEY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET?
We represent our clients on a contingency fee arrangement, which means we earn a fee only if we recover for our clients. In fact, clients pay nothing if we don't settle the case or reach a favorable verdict. In class actions, attorney fees must be approved by the court and are based on several factors, including the work performed, time spent, complexity of the case and results obtained for our clients.

HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE?
While we will do our best to move the case along, it’s ultimately up to the court to set a timeline for the litigation process. While some cases may resolve in a year or two, most take up to four years and some even longer.
WILL I HAVE TO GO TO COURT?
It’s unlikely that you will see the inside of a courtroom. In fact, only a small percentage of class action cases go to trial. Class representatives may provide a deposition (a formal interview) during the litigation, but that is usually conducted in a lawyer's office, either in person or via video call.
WILL MY EMPLOYER RETALIATE AGAINST ME FOR FILING A LAWSUIT?
The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) strictly prohibit retaliation by an employer based on an employee asserting their rights under the respective law.
WHAT IF AM A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE?
Class Representatives (or Name Plaintiffs) play an important role in the case and assume certain duties on behalf of the class. At the conclusion of a successful case, the court has discretion to award each Class Representative a Case Contribution Award, often between $5,000 and $15,000. This award is in addition to any other compensation one would be entitled to as a class member.
