To the extent any Sites & Services include specific privacy policies or terms and conditions, they will take priority over this Policy.

This Policy describes how your personal information will be treated as you use Levin’s Sites & Services. This Policy does not apply to information provided to Levin in the course of attorney-client relationships or which is protected by confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, attorney work product doctrine or any other applicable protection. Nothing in this Policy should be understood as creating an attorney-client relationship with visitors to Levin’s Sites & Services or, alternatively, to reduce the protections resulting from such relationships.

  1. Information We Collect From You When You Visit Levin’s Sites & Services

You are not required to provide any information to Levin’s Sites & Services. However, you may choose to do so by completing forms available therein.  Levin’s server logs may capture information regarding your operating system, browser software, IP (Internet Protocol) address, and the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through and from our websites, including date and time. We may use this information to improve the services we provide through Levin’s Sites & Services, to monitor and improve the performance of our servers, to administer Levin’s Sites & Services, and to protect and defend our rights, property or safety or that of our clients and other users of Levin’s Sites & Services. If you view a program on Levin’s Sites & Services, the fact that you watched the program and when you watched the program will be logged. We log this information to determine which videos our clients consider useful.

We do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the Third Party sites or services listed on or linked to from Levin Sites & Services, you should understand that you do so at your own risk.

The entity responsible for the management and use of Levin’s Sites & Services and personal information collected from them is Levin Law Firm, PLLC in Houston, Texas, United States. If you access or use Levin’s Sites & Services from outside the United States, personal information about you may be transferred outside the country in which you are situated to the U.S.

Whenever we share personal information about users of Levin Sites & Services with our trusted third party service providers, we will put in place appropriate contracts containing standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission and/or other relevant authorities to protect that information and the rights of individuals.

We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Levin’s Sites & Services and services are not directed to children under the age of 18. Schools and parents should supervise their children’s online activities and consider the use of other means to provide a child-friendly online environment.

It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and secure, and to sign out once you have finished browsing. Levin’s Sites & Services are not designed to store sensitive personal information such as financial, health, criminal, racial or ethnic origin or political affiliation and you should not use Levin’s Sites & Services for that purpose.
